Before & After Care

Program

The Extended Day Program (Before & After Care) is operated by Christ the Teacher Catholic School staff and is open to all CTTCS students. Participation in the program is an additional cost. After school, students are allowed time for a snack (available for purchase through the cafeteria), recess, homework, and fun activities.  

The Extended Day Program is also offered on a drop-in basis. If the fee is not paid on the day of use, the fee will be charged to your FACTS account on the last business day of the month

Hours

Before Care is available every day except when school is on a delayed schedule due to weather emergencies. Before Care begins at 6:45 AM. Students are dismissed to their classroom at 7:25 AM. 

After Care is available every day except on half-days of school. After Care is open until 6 PM. An additional fee of $5 per minute is charged for any student picked up after 6 PM. 

Drop Off and Pick Up

Students should be dropped off for Before Care at the East Entrance (back of the school by the cafeteria and athletic fields). All pick-ups are from the same school entrance from 3 PM to 6 PM. Guardians will be asked to show identification and sign out students.  

Registration & Payment

Complete this form to register your child for Extended Day services. Payment is made via FACTS accounts and is billed on the last business day of the month.
